• We are approximately one half mile north of FINCH on the east side of Kennedy Road and one mile south of STEELES. The easiest way to locate us while driving on Kennedy Road is to look for a large GREEN SIGN (on the west side of Kennedy Road) that reads VALLEYVIEW GARDENS - our driveway is directly across the street from the VALLEYVIEW GARDENS sign (tip - there is only one large green sign on Kennedy Road between Finch and Steeles and the lower part of the sign is YELLOW). Our building is BROWN BRICK and there is a grassy area in the front.

• There is ample free parking in front of our unit or at the rear of the building if the front spaces are filled.

• When pulling into our driveway, remember that our entrance is on the south side of the building and a Phase One sign is on our front door. There is another driveway on the north side of our building but there is no access to the studio.

• Phase One is about 5 minutes from the 401 Highway and Kennedy Road exit and about 10 minutes from the Don Valley Expressway (also called the DVP) and FINCH exit.

• Phase One is approximately 20-25 minutes from downtown Toronto using the Don Valley Expressway.

• Toronto's Pearson International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the studio, across Highway 401.

• If taking a city bus to Phase One from midtown Toronto, take the 43 KENNEDY at the Kennedy Transfer Station (Eglinton and Kennedy Road). Please note that this bus stops running at 1:00am in the morning so if leaving the studio late you will have to find an alternate mode of transportation.

• If taking a taxi to Phase One, we recommend Crown Taxi at 416-750-7878 or 1-877-750-7878.

• If walking, we recommend comfortable shoes, bottled water and some munchies
