Our very own Chief Engineer,
George Seara, has just been nominated for a JUNO Award,
in the RECORDING ENGINEER OF THE YEAR category, for his work
recording and mixing Holly Cole's latest release,
Holly Cole - Holly Cole. The JUNO Awards are Canada's equivalent
to the Grammy Awards, and will be broadcast live from Calgary,
Alberta, Canada this coming April 2008.

album.

Barrymore & Jessica Lang were in Studio A & B recording
vocals for the upcoming movie "Grey Gardens". The
engineer on the session was George Seara.

Eleven were in recording songs for a radio special with engineer
George Seara.
November 2007 - Roger
Hodgson (Supertramp) was in re-recording his hit song "Give
a Little Bit" for an Oprah Christmas Special. Denis Tougas
was the engineer on the session.

Trews were in Studio A recording tracks for their upcoming
album.

David Bottrill was in mixing an album for German artist "Tovah".
September 2007 -
AKON
was in recording vocals and writing beats for his upcoming
album. He also recorded and produced a song for Michael Jackson's
25th Anniversary Thriller Album. George Seara was the engineer
on the session.
August 2007 -
Phase One hosted The
2007 OLE Canadian POP/URBAN Songcamp. Running from July 30
to August 3, the event brought together 24 of the top pop
and urban writers from Canada the U.S. and around the world.
June - August 2007 - Twelve-time
Grammy Award winner Phil
Ramone was at Phase One recording Anne Murray's upcoming
"duets" album. The album is slated for release in
November 2007 and duet performances with Anne include: Nelly
Furtado, Celtic Woman, Jann Arden, Isabelle Boulay, and many
more.
July 2007 - Kathleen
Edwards was in recording her upcoming album with engineer
Denis Tougas.
June 2007 -
Joe Chiccarelli was in mixing the new
Stars album titled "In Our Bedroom After
The War". The project was mixed in Studio B using our
API console.

in recording new songs for his upcoming album.
May 2007 - Jully
Black was in recording
vocals for her upcoming album with producer Keith Harris of
The Black Eye Peas.
